BETA GAMMA CHAPTER

ABOUT US

Welcome to the Beta Gamma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta at Colorado State University! We pride ourselves on being a diverse group of women who all strive for academic excellence and spreading the widest influence for good. As a chapter, we placed first among all sororities on campus for grades this past year. In addition to this, our women also succeed outside of the classroom. Across campus, we have women involved in organizations such as Admissions Ambassadors, the Honors Program, Ram Welcome, National Panhellenic Association, Ski Team, and much more! Our dedication to all pursuits in life does not stop there. This year, we've raised over $4,000 through our philanthropy events, which was donated to our local philanthropy Harmony House, which is an affiliate program of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).

 

Along with all of these successes, we love to get together and have a great time! We hold countless sisterhood events as well as hosting date dashes, socials and formals. We also love pairing up with other Panhellenic organizations on campus for sisterhoods or even collective philanthropy events! Whether it is doing a yoga class together in the chapter facility or having socials with other fraternities, at the Beta Gamma chapter we love being together and having fun while doing it!

Executive Officers

Kappa Alpha Theta has so many opportunities for sisters to get invovled within the chapter and be leaders!  There are so many positions and no matter how big or small they all play a crucial role in the operation and success of our chapter. We are so proud and thankful for everything that our executive board does for us!

Kappa Alpha Theta would like to welcome you to Colorado State University! We hope you are as excited to meet us as we are to meet you! I hope we are all able to share the amazing feeling Theta gave us during Recruitment with you!

Theta emphasizes scholarship, friendship, leadership, and the importance of sisterhood. We will present you with numerous things: a never ending support system, a new home, and a group of sisters that cares for you unconditionally. All of this gives you one of the best experiences you could ask for. When in Theta you are given a group of new sisters, all with different goals, backgrounds, opinions, and attitudes but all having a connection through one bond that is unbreakable. 

Being relatively new on CSU's campus we are able to go through some of this journey with you. We are all learning together about the wonderful experiences Theta can bring to our lives! As a new member you will have an automatic sense of belonging and more importantly a chance to give back. You will get the chance to join us in our socials and events but more importantly you can help us give back to our philantrophy Court Appointed Special Advocates or CASA. 

Thinking Theta has made an impact on every single one of our lives since we decided to join and we hope we can do the same for you. When every one of us thought Theta we thought about joining a new family and an experience that will last a life time. We hope you can find a place that will always feel like home in Theta.
